Formulated with purpose

Bleaching, chemical straightening, and heat damage the hair in two ways: the cuticle becomes raised and rough, and the bonds inside the hair weaken. The Repairing Gloss works on both. Its bond-building action helps restore the hair’s internal structure, while a gentle blend of acids brings hair back to its natural pH so the cuticle lies flat. Amodimethicone then smooths and protects the damaged areas. The result is hair that feels stronger, smoother, and glossier.

FAQs

How is it different from a conditioner?

Conditioner softens the surface. The Repairing Gloss is a treatment that works on the hair’s internal bonds and on the cuticle, which is what bleaching, straightening, and heat break down.

How often should I use it?

Use it every 2–4 weeks, depending on your hair’s damage level. It is designed to complement your regular wash routine, not replace your conditioner.

Should I use it before or after conditioner?

Use it after shampooing and conditioning. Apply it to wet hair, leave it on for 5–7 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

My hair isn’t bleached. Do I need it?

Probably not. Bond-building is mainly useful for significantly damaged hair, often from bleaching, chemical straightening or extreme heat. If your hair doesn’t need it, the added strengthening can leave it feeling stiff rather than stronger. A good conditioner and leave-in may be all you need.

Can it repair split ends or permanently reverse damage?

No treatment can permanently reverse damage or fuse split ends back together. The Repairing Gloss combines bond-building ingredients with smoothing agents to help improve hair strength, smoothness and shine, leaving damaged hair looking and feeling healthier.
